  DO NOT RENT HERE! These people are so unreasonable - almost inhumane. I have to be out of my home by midnight. And was told by the aggressive lady who manages the place i need to be out in 2 days. I am a single mom and work full time and didn’t have time to move during the week. I asked the company to give me 2 days of late access because of my restrictions. I even wrote the manager a note about the situation as she lives in the property. She didn’t care about my situation and she doesn’t care about people who need a little grace.   Jaelynn Was a very respectful professional person I wish I ran into more people like that I’m business things that I do she knew her job well and explained everything very good and very well and showed me two units took me on property and showed me two units so I can choose what I like and she said if the one unit don’t work out we can put you in another unit she took her time and answered all my questions I had and and so forth a very great person and very professional at her job if anybody needs a good storage unit and good people to work with you need to go to eye storage in Eagan very prof…

  Very sketchy. Rented a unit to store my car and when I arrived found the unit still had a bunch of stuff inside. Nobody in the office so I left and emailed asking for a refund. I didn’t receive a response so called. I got the runaround for two weeks before receiving my refund.

  Do NOT use the Eagan facility - I'd rate 0 if I could. My unit was broken into, latch cut - my recently deceased mother's belongings rummaged through. The "cameras" are too far away to be able to see anything - see pic below. Multiple police reports have been made per the Eagan Police department. The unit next to mine was broken into. The rates were raised within 3 months of renting. Such a scam! Too much of a pain to turn around and move out again - they know they have you and take advantage of it. So despicable. No one was ever in the office when I was there. Owners are completely unresponsi…
