  My name is Brenda, my Grandmother rented me a Uhaul and storage area at this Self Storage location. I could not get the keys so I canceled both the same night, because I did not know when I could get the movers again, I didn't want the 30 days to start that day. My grandmother said, please check, so I went there in person, I was told by the young lady, no problem, I did it earlier. I called every day. I went back in person, no problem, I will check into it.   This is my 4th time using this storage facility in the last 15yrs. It is well maintained. Staff very helpful. Easy to rent trucks or vans. I feel my stored items are safe, bug free an always dry.

  After renting from Town Centre Storage for nearly 5 years, I would only recommend them to my mortal enemies and people who have harmed other humans and animals. They are deplorable and know that their indoor, temperature-controlled units are overrun with vermin. I have spent thousands only to have my belongings destroyed with vermin urine, vermin feces, vermin nests and nuts the vermin brought into my unit. The vermin also did arts and crafts in my unit and made nests with my things + whatever things they brought into my unit. The lack of response and responsibility from this company is God…

  Tabatha is the best Manager! She always stays calm fixes any issues and has amazing customer service. Please continue to keep her there we move where she goes as she goes above and beyond for all her customers. 10’stars!!
