  I had a great experience renting a storage unit from Brian at Rochester Storage. Brian is very personable, professional, and easy to work with. Whenever I had questions, he was responsive and helpful, and he made the entire rental process smooth from start to finish.   Outstanding Storage Experience at Rochester Storage! I rented a unit at Rochester Storage for six months and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The 24/7 access was incredibly convenient, and the unit itself was very clean and dry. The property is spotless, which says a lot about how much pride they take in their operation.   We highly recommend Rochester Storage For your relocation needs as Brian & Kalvin provided top-notch service. Their Efficient and exceptional service of our relocation of our household furnishings into the storage truck met our 24 hour storage requirement until our new home was ready. They are both very kind and so easy to work with.

  Rochester Storage did an excellent job with my move. They were great at communicating with me. They had reasonable pricing. They were very friendly, well-prepared & knowledgeable. The move went very efficiently at both my old place & new. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat & I'd absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!

  We sold our home before we had a new place to live. Rochester Storage was awesome. We eventually needed 5 units to store our homes "things" for 2 months. Brian was awesome at providing the storage we needed (kinda last minute). Thanks. PWC
