I called this company after I was not able to get answers from other companies in a timely manner. I know it was Memorial Day weekend and just a moments notice but " Eli " with QuikMove answered my call. No problem, they would be out to the pick up point to get the armoire. The armoire was heavy (I had not seen it yet as I had not purchased it yet). When I pulled up to the seller's residence the seller he had put the armoire on a dolly. Eli and his team are fantastic. They were very responsive (sorry for calling so often) and carefully and thoroughly wrapped my furniture, door, and door frame to prevent damage. I had to change the plan a week before the move and they rolled with it and moved me into a historic building with no elevator and I could not be more grateful.
