Aaron was very nice, polite and helpful. He opened my unit for me to get my car in. He walked back to the office with me. He had very strong conversation. Aaron was very helpful, and he paid close attention to every detail. I hope I encouter him each time I come to the storage. Aaron also explained the motion detector in the unit to me. He is definitely a 5 star employee. Thank you again Aaron.

Honestly best experience I’ve had with a storage unit. First time with using an indoor unit and I’ll never use the basic ones again was pleasant have ac while we unloaded the budget truck! Also they have multiple roller flat dollies that made the unloading process easier and faster! Great choice

Awesome customer service, Frank did very well! I had a motion alert texted to my phone and he was prompt to check it out! Luckily, it was a false alarm. Very happy to know my stuff is safe with them!

Just rented storage space here, and very pleased with the set up and security they provide. Easy sheltered access to loading and unloading our items, and the staff, especially Frank, has been available and helpful with questions as we acclimate ourselves to the location. 5 stars!
