  The manager is a really nice guy. Always takes time to say hello and chat for a little bit. Even though he’s busy changing trash and moving cart, he always takes time to be personable and I appreciate that. They had a policy from corporate for a while where the carts were not accessible after 6 PM. I think it says a lot about this company that a few people, including myself called the corporate number and shared our frustration at the new policy.   I had storage unit for about a month before moving! Upon arrival for checking out of unit I noticed I did not have my storage key but was in a rush to move things out.., therefore John extended excellent customer service by helping me break the lock to get into my unit! This took all of maybe an hour due to lock not budging. John was still proactive and patient during this time!! He was very polite and very knowledgeable of services at this location!   My experience working with John was delightful. He has such a positive vibe. He was very professional, knowledgeable,and proficient. I will never go to another storage facility after having a stellar experience with John. I highly recommend! The facility is very clean. John was patient with me, as I had many questions. Be sure and ask for him! I can't say enough good things about this facility and John. :-)

  I had a wonderful experience with John. Moving is so stressful to begin with. He was so kind and accommodating. He made my moving into a locker effortlessly. I highly recommend. easy peasy! All of my storage needs were met. Additionally, I will always use this facility in the future. I'll never go elsewhere!
