  This place isn’t the best. Units hold moisture in the air and attract mold on your items. On top of that, my code is not working for some reason. Accounts are paid, but code has been disabled. Never had this happen before but this is very frustrating. I came after they closed so I have to wait until tomorrow to get my items that I needed today. No warning or notice of the code being deactivated.

  Amanda at Storage Masters is the BEST!!!! She goes above and beyond every time we see her! She is so very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and the BEST at her job. This is absolutely the best storage facility I have ever been to! I would definitely recommend this storage facility and this location compared to any other one out there! Storage Masters is very lucky to have Amanda on their team! Thanks again Amanda and Storage Masters!!!!!!

  Absolute SCAM!!! They will swindle you. DO NOT RENT HERE! They advertise specials then refuse to honor them. I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. They chose to ghost me instead. Beware! Shady shady shady business. They WILL scam you like they did me. 👎

  I have been to quite a few storage facilities and none have made me feel as welcome as storage Masters. Diane did a very good job of making me very comfortable and welcome. They only have 3 stars because they no longer have 24/7 access!!!! The 24-hour access is a must with a job like I have. I strongly recommend anybody that needs to take numerous trips to their unit especially late find some place else. But if that isn't an issue its BY FAR THE FRIENDLIEST and has an awesome young lady named Diane that even sends u a hand written thank you letter plus u get discounts for your first 2 weeks an…
