  Awful communication and service even when my parents were supposed to get VIP service from an upper executive of Fry-Wagner. Fry-Wagner packed the house into one truck and called my parents two days later saying they split it into two trucks -- no notice of the possibility of this action was ever given. The delivery window to the new house was June 8-11. When Fry-Wagner called and told my parents about the splitting of their belongings, they indicated the second truck was no longer guaranteed to be within the original delivery window.   My move day experience yesterday was incredible! The amazing crew with Fry Wagner Moving and Storage impressed me with their performance, professionalism, and kindness once again. The entire team, Greg, Esteban, Jiavani, Jion, and all, had the most professional approach. Starting with Brett who did our estimate, fast and efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Greg the team lead has a very calm and collected demeanor and always a smile. The crew were all fun and hard working. So very careful and great listeners when we did our walk through.   I moved from southern Illinois to Chicago and had a good experience! Travis did an estimate for both a pack and a move and Fry-Wagner stayed within the estimate. Judith communicated with me through every step of the process. The teams for packing, loading, and unloading were all very helpful. One of the best things were that they would check with me regarding where things were going in the new house, as it had a different number of rooms than the old place. Now I’m unpacking my stuff and happy to be home!
