Great service and location. This is my first time renting a Uhaul trailer with my Tesla Model Y, and I had lots of questions. The front desk and mechanic were so helpful and patient. They reversed a mounting ball I bought through Uhaul and inspected for safety. The location is also convenient, large and well staffed. Highly recommended !!

Everything went smoothly, the young lady at the counter was great, very informative.. handling multiple tasks & customers at once. I’ve always appreciated the North East work ethic❤️❤️ That work etching, mixed with her top tier hospitality is what’s lacking where I live U-Haul trucks are known for being slow. I understand it’s for safety, but as a prior CDL class A driver, no vehicle should be slower that a fully loaded Swift Truck.

To Erica and Zack in Edison, New Jersey, thank you very much. They were very friendly and helpful. Their customer service was beyond 5 star. The truck we rented drove and handled great. We had plenty of room and everything arrived without incident. Thank you again.
