What could have been a stressful moving day turned into a smooth, easy experience thanks to their professionalism. Awful for a couple of reasons. Most importantly, they completely botched the construction of our bed. They installed one of the frames upside down and failed to install important screws. They said nothing to us and acted like they’d done everything right. The bed then collapsed with my pregnant wife sleeping on it. They also left a number of important items in the old apartment, including the TV, requiring several UberXL trips to complete the job. I tried to reach out to them about these issues and I got no response. Run, don’t walk, away from this company.
