Had an antique baby grand piano moved by Apartment Movers Plus about 30 miles and an upright piano moved from the basement to the main floor. Mr. Derrick and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They took a look around to see the best way to handle things and got right to work. They were so kind, helpful & respectful. They got things loaded on difficult ground, drove to the second location and unloaded into my home. They wrapped all my items very carefully and then removed all trash when they left. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any moving service. I had a more affordable quotes, but ultimately selected Apartment Movers due to the very positive reviews I saw online. I reached out 3 weeks in advance and scheduled my move for 9AM. The day before my move, I reached out to confirm, and heard nothing in return. I finally called the manager in the evening and was told they were very busy, so he hadn’t had time to respond, but we were still on for 9AM - 11AM. Do not believe the good reviews. This was an awful experience. The crew showed up hours past out scheduled time. My wife attempted to address this and was met with a lack of accountability. We had to move in the dark, and multiple items were damaged. After the fact that they were extremely tardy we were still charged additional fees. I would not recommend this company if you value your property and need things done in a timely manner.

My worst moving experience ever. Showed up late and dropped off late. I am including images of some of the damaged furniture, plastic bins, missing nd the condition of many of the boxes. Additionally boxes marked fragile and boxes clearly marked "This side up" were unloaded in every direction imaginable other than "up". If furniture was actually covered for the move it was taken off the truck uncovered. Tetris all-stars here! We had a long day, but a great day. We moved my mom 2.5 hours closer to family, and our team from Apartment Movers Plus was Desi and Tony, and they were awesome. They arrived on time, and got straight to work. We kept them feed, they keep the furniture moving. They took excellent care of my moms antiques, many that were mostly glass. They were extremely patient with her, as she struggles with memory issues. We would absolutely use them again. We'll done guys.
