This was our 7th or 8th time having TROSA out, and they always do a great job. This time, James and Chris were super helpful moving some furniture out of our house. I'm sad to write that this was one of the worst service providers of any kind I have ever worked with. I'm ashamed to have to write a negative review about an organization with such a good mission, but have no other recourse given that the experience I received was so far from reasonable or fair. I originally submitted the online form with details of my move. It was never responded to, so I started calling.
