Your Budget Movers advertised themselves as fully licensed, but I later learned their intrastate license had expired. I was billed for more time than I believe was actually spent on the move. I am currently working with my credit card company and the North Carolina Utilities Commission to resolve the billing dispute. I was also not provided required paperwork such as a Bill of Lading or the Moving 101 brochure. I would recommend verifying licensing and reviewing billing carefully before using this company.

I had a great experience with Your Budget Movers for my move from Cary to Raleigh. The whole team was professional, on time, efficient, and very careful with my furniture and boxes from start to finish. Moving is usually stressful, but they made the process smooth and way easier than I expected. What stood out most was how quickly they worked without being careless. Absolutely professional moving service. From getting a quote for both, local and interstate move to getting our furniture and packages delivered the budget movers team was absolutely stunning. They disassembled and assembled all the furniture very quickly, without any damages or scratches at all. Every team member involved was also very hardworking and caring with our items. We had great service with Your Budget Movers. We asked for a move of some really heavy items and they came and got the job done THE SAME DAY! Communication, service, price, and all around care was great. Highly recommend them! Shout out to Kareem and Omar for the great service!

Overall, I was very pleased with my move. Our movers were very friendly, took way more stuff than I thought they were going to, and moved things very quickly. There were also a few hiccups. Communication and punctuality wasn’t great and if you care deeply about your walls, floors, or stuff these are probably not the most careful movers you can find. But I would hire them again and am happy with how things turned out.
