I had the worst experience at this U-Haul facility. Apparently they have very undertrained staff there. I rented a U-Haul this past weekend and had to extend it out. I called and spoke to two gentleman, one being Tremaine, who I was told was one of the managers. The first Gentleman I talked to told me that I would not be charged to extend the rental to after hours, it was supposed to be returned at about 2:15, but he extended it to an after hours drop off. I called back a second time and spoke to Tremaine because I was concerned that the email said 7pm and not after hours, but he mentioned tha…

The store was clean and well organized, and the staff went above and beyond what I expected. I purchased a lot of boxes in different sizes, and the man at the register (Tremaine) didn't hesitate to volunteer to help me bring everything out to my car so I didn't have to make multiple trips. If I need any additional moving supplies, I will be coming back to this location.

Customer service experience was great. This location was the only one in the area that had the van that I needed and I’m so appreciative of that because 3 rental car companies failed me that day. I had no problems checking out or checking in. I brought the vehicle back clean so they would be able to rent it right away if needed.

How do you run out of propane when you are literally a propane refill station?? Someone needs to learn how to manage their inventory.
