So my daughter, who’s never used storage before was moving to Brooklyn, New York ! we received the best customer service experience ever from the gentleman who took care of us. She’s is new at the moving thing ! I just called because my daughter is officially going to stay in Brooklyn and today’s the 28th. Latoya was so super sweet. I was like oh my gosh I’ve gotta go to work and I thought today was the 27th. She was so nice she was like you have until five days and she listened to my story about my sweet daughter moving to New York. We love these people highly recommend them thank you Latoya.…

I can't remember her name but the black lady who I believe is the manager and wears glasses was absolutely amazing! Super professional and extremely helpful with every interaction. She always had on a smile and friendly personality! If I need storage space in the future I will definitely be coming back to her! Thank you for all you do!

I have nothing but great things about this location from the day before pickup getting my order of boxes to the following day picking up the rental! Upon return I was also greeted with great service and respect by the workers. I will use this business again for any needs in the future!
