So my daughter, who’s never used storage before was moving to Brooklyn, New York ! we received the best customer service experience ever from the gentleman who took care of us. She’s is new at the moving thing ! I just called because my daughter is officially going to stay in Brooklyn and today’s the 28th. Latoya was so super sweet. I was like oh my gosh I’ve gotta go to work and I thought today was the 27th. I can't remember her name but the black lady who I believe is the manager and wears glasses was absolutely amazing! Super professional and extremely helpful with every interaction. She always had on a smile and friendly personality! If I need storage space in the future I will definitely be coming back to her! Thank you for all you do!

I have nothing but great things about this location from the day before pickup getting my order of boxes to the following day picking up the rental! Upon return I was also greeted with great service and respect by the workers. I will use this business again for any needs in the future!
