I was impressed that the Peak Moving 877- telephone number was answered immediately by a very professional and friendly and informed person. Matthew stayed in touch with us throughout the week prior to the move. Although it was a small move, everything went so smoothly and the two guys Terrin and Jay were an amazing and calm professional team. After meeting with the owner, Matt Peak, and negotiating the price, we hired the Wilmington branch of Peak Movers for our move from Southport, NC to Charlotte, NC. The Wilmington crew consisted of four movers who were all professional and courteous. We took the time to pack and clearly label everything to make unloading and room placement easier. However, once we arrived in Charlotte, only two of the Wilmington crew showed up. We were told two additional movers from the Charlotte branch would assist. Peak Moving and Storage was fantastic. Hands down the best moving experience we’ve had. The crew showed up exactly on time, which was a huge stress-reliever right off the bat. They were polite, professional, and genuinely careful with everything: wrapping our furniture properly, protecting floors and walls, and handling the fragile stuff like pros. No rushing, no damage. The Ownership and Team at Peak is Top Notch! My wife and I have used the team for 4 separate moves over the last several years and we've had the same core crew (Zack and Nick) who are fabulous and take such great care of every item, including antique furniture/pieces that are very important and need extra care! Prices are reasonable, the Team is always on time and efficient. I have and will continue to recommend this group to anyone moving In or Out of State!

They helped pack everything, moved some items into storage, and made the entire process much easier than I expected.
