Professional moving help. We had to make adjustments throughout the day and they were super helpful and accommodating. We would definitely use them again.

We booked 4 movers for 5 hours. 2 were sent, a 3rd showed up for about 1 hour. We paid per person per hour. Becuase we were in a bind to move promptly, we ended up moving much of the furniture ourselves. This is not only an inconvenience but I wear leg orthoses to walk and had difficulty walking the next day. We expressed this to the owner who said "sorry, tough luck, move got done, didn't it?" Completely unethical, scammy, and terrible way to do business. Edited after their unhelpful reply: it got done in 4 hours (not 3) because myself, my spouse, and 4 friends showed up last minute to help.…

Extremely unethical business practices. We booked per person, per hour. Therefore, the cost we paid for 4 people (~$900) was double the cost of the 2 people who actually showed up (~$450). We booked 4 movers for 5 hours from 9am-2pm which was ~$900. When only 2 movers showed up at 9 am I immediately called the owner to clarify we paid for 4 movers. He stated that was correct and he would send 2 more as soon as possible. More than an hour went by and I called a second time and was told additional movers were coming. 1 additional mover came for ~1 hour which was not even close to enough help.…
