To everyone, I am writing to formally share my recent experience at the U-haul establishment today 11-2-2025. this is my story on October 26, 2025, at 3:08 PM. I visited the establishment to inquire about past-due bills for my storage unit and interacted with Cecelia. She requested my full name and storage unit number, which I provided. Cecelia then informed me that I owed a balance of $74.95. I proceeded to make a payment using both my credit card and cash. The staff here is really great, friendly, very knowledgeable and have a can do attitude. They really help make a stressful move, not so bad. They are hands on with their customers with making sure you are equipped for your travel. I would recommend this store. 10 out of 10

I would give them 0 stars if I could. At this location, a staff member tried to forced me to get damage coverage for a box truck rental that I didn't want. She insisted that I, either had to get damage coverage from them, or provide sufficient proof of insurance of my own, she even showed me a laminated sheet stating that much (I wish I could attach it to this review, as I have a photo of it). The problem is that, you're allowed to decline coverage from the pin pad as you go through your contract document s, but she wasn't having it. this location has some of the worst management and customer service i have ever encountered. as soon as i walked in, i witnessed a female employee openly cussing out another customer. it was incredibly unprofessional and set a terrible tone for the entire visit. to make matters worse, they seem to look for any excuse to tack on extra fees. despite the gas gauge being filled correctly, an employee threw a fit over a single leaf that blew into the back of the truck during the inspection and used it as a reason to upcharge me. between the hostile environment and the petty upcharging, i’d recommen…

I walked into the store and the first thing I saw was a lady cussing out a customer. The staff here are rude and they try to overcharge on the gas. Not to mention when returning the employee through an absolute fit over a single leaf in the back of the truck. I would take your business to the Cumberland U-haul where they are much more professional and way easier to work with.
