Nicholas and crew were awesome, fast, efficient with the upload. However, the download was a scattered mess of chaos. The move was from an organized and professionally packaged storage unit that was a 10x20 and into a wide open 20x40 garage. Upon arrival I discovered mattresses had been wrapped but walked on, couch cushions dragged across the ground and valuable and delicate LABELED boxes were underneath other boxes labeled HEAVY. I am absolutely DISGUSTED at the amount of money we paid for such incompetence and damage that I know the claims department won't even scratch the surface in reparations, if they decide to give us anything at all. We only hired movers because at our move date (10/29/25), I was 37 weeks pregnant. I feel like we got scammed because my husband and I had to move a majority of heavy boxes along with some furniture upstairs by ourselves after they left! This review comes several months late. However I hired the company to complete a local move from one side of Charleston to another in AUG 2025. The price was reasonable, around $2k. This experience feels like a circumstance of, "you get what you pay for". Starting with scheduling, if you provide any phone contact information on their website. You will be bombarded with spam calls attempting to get you to schedule. I scheduled a move and was told I'd receive confirmation and informational emails. The packing was great, but they destroyed my wall. The event had the nerve to take the long way down highway 6 , when they should have took 17. Then the driver was doing 40 in a 55 mile range. Got to the storage, the extra space storage manager was trying to help me with the app. He rudely stated that I had a few things to sign. I understood that, but he could have waited for 2 minutes. The conversation was I need payment now, so I stated give me a minute. He said my fee was $ 2360.

Jaquan, Ruben, Kevin, & Steven were our movers. At the start, they were efficient and moved almost all of the boxes out within 30 minutes. Then everything slowed down dramatically and it took them about 2 hours to break down the bed, wrap one TV, a mirror, and fill a few boxes. It took them longer to fill 2 boxes than it took me to fill 5 so I highly recommend just making sure you have all of your stuff packed. There was one area of damage done to our wall that is in the direction of the exit and a few scuff marks on the wall in our new place. I believe Steven was the manager of the team. I be…
