We had a wonderful experience with this company and especially with Cody and Tacola. They were incredibly efficient, professional, and took great care of all of our belongings throughout the entire move. They packed everything quickly but with so much attention and care, which gave us peace of mind. Absolutely horrific experience. I booked early, paid immediately. Was told they’d be expedient since they were hourly-based. Three weeks later I got a window of 2-4pm? Which the next day I heard from no one and text over and over again wondering if we were even still on at almost 4. I had to be out of my building at a certain time, communicated a preferential 9:15am start. They then sent two exhausted kids (not movers but two young tired respectful kids doing their best) at almost 5pm to begin. Completely professional from start to finish. Came into town to pick up a very heavy antique cabinet. The guys met me on time , wrapped and loaded the piece for me. Very personable group of guys! Awesome experience! I will use them again when I come in town.
