This was the easiest process of renting a storage unit, accessing it, and turning it back over. I did everything online, signed up, picked out my unit, I was given all of the access info, drove in through the gate using my code, and then drove to my unit. It was an interior, conditioned space, close enough to an exterior door, was clean, cool, and served the purpose! Fabian was so helpful when we were emptying the unit and returning it. He responded quickly, there were no surprise fees, and I wasn't stuck in a year long contract. It was so nice, so efficient, and he communicated via email on…

Secure Storage of Cool Springs is the best! I’ve used others. They are more personal and helpful than most places. And they are affordable and their prices don’t go up all the time. Hours are great for stop ins and very conveniently located! Fabian is awesome to work with!

I had rented a unit from Fabian at Secure Storage for 3 years and had a great experience! Fabian was always easily available by phone and promptly responded after hours the couple times I had problems accessing my unit. Facility was safe and convenient and access was easy. Reasonably priced and great communication. Easy move-out process also

Great local owners that are friendly and easy to deal with. Fair and stable pricing (unlike the Uber pricing models of the surrounding nationwide chain storage places). Clean and secure storage units. Moved here after a bad experience somewhere else. Would definitely use again if needed. Awesome location for Franklin and Brentwood residents. Thanks Fabian Campos!
