Nice people and location. Prices were ok in the beginning but after a couple of months, raised the rate by about 30%. The explanation was that corporate does that sometimes. The rates on the website still show the lower rate & I pointed it out. Sounds like a bait and switch of sorts. It was just a vehicle so easy to move out.

Replying to owner: On the contrary, you call me. You have my number. After so many attempts, I am done trying to reach you by phone only to get remote customer service. I already complained over your head to the area manager and was ignored. Did you read my review or is this just meaningless boiler plate? Christina was so polite, knowledgeable and patient with us. We love this location. Great customer service matters and you get that with her. Would recommend.
