UPDATE- STILL BEWARE As of 5/14/26 UPDATE — 5/7/26 After responding to my original review and asking me to “call or email directly,” I did exactly that. I was informed that the person I needed to speak with was Geoff Burgess, Manager of Customer Service at the corporate level. At approximately 9:00 AM, Michelle informed me that Geoff was in a meeting but would be available all day and to call back in 30 minutes. My overall experience was beautiful. I truly loved the two men who came, Tim and Tevin. However, the pricing was not very clear to me, and there seemed to be a lot of hidden fees for what was supposed to be a local move. That being said, Tim and Tevin were absolutely amazing. Based on my daughter’s perspective as well, they were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. They worked quickly while still handling everything with care, which made the moving experience much smoother and less stressful. I have had a very bad experience with this company and was overcharged the first time around. They owed me for a trip that wasn’t completed. When I mentioned it to Sarah, she was very ruled and unprofessional. This second experience was very professional and my furniture was handled with care and consideration by Robert and his helper. Sorry I didn’t get your name. Overall I want use this company again.

All My Sons was easy to schedule with. The team, Troop: 2605 Branden, DJ, and TJ, arrived right on time and worked both carefully and efficiently. We did have to contact the financial office to correct the originally agreed upon rate which included a discount for scheduling the move well in advance, but that was remedied within minutes. Troop 2605 was polite and diligent in their work completing the job early which saved us money and time. I'm very appreciative for their help as they helped make a potentially stressful move easier.
