PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THEM! If I can give all my sons moving & storage no stars I would. I moved into my new place in September so I called all my sons to have them move my furniture. When the movers came in they smelled like weed and they were very slow. Mind you you’re paying them $100 per hour so every min counts. They brought 3 movers their should be no way all 3 is downstairs at least 2 of them should be upstairs. They took a hour and half lunch break as well. We hired All My Sons to load a 40ft shipping container for us, which was 5ft off of the ground. From the time we first contacted them, to when the container pulled away from our home, they did a fantastic job. Amy handled most of the logistics leading up to the move date, and she was always vey responsive to any questions or requests we had. The actual movers who did the job - Bill and his 4 team members - were excellent in prepping our items for moving and efficiently loading them into the container. Excellent movers. Very impressed with their dialed in process, especially how communicative and transparent they were with pricing (consistent with final bill). No surprises. They call ahead of time and do a video call walk through to take inventory of the planned move. They offer “not to exceed” estimate. The pricing model is very clear and sensible. I was concerned in that: we were planning to move as much as possible ahead of time, and I wanted to ensure our final price was not tied to the estimate, ie we got credit for all the things in the estimate that we ended up moving ourselves…

They charged me $1000 to move a pre-packed one bedroom apartment into a relo-cube 20 minutes away. Everything was packed horribly using boxes and other materials I provided, but was somehow still charged $100+ for "packing materials (enough saran wrap to wrap my couch twice and 2 used moving blankets). My furniture was damaged in the cube due to poor packing. When I called to discuss these issues I was met with some small man who was pretty dismissive, telling me that I wasn't charged for one of the [used] moving blankets so I was "lucky". The guys were very communicative, helpful, and fast! They helped me move my 300lb specialty oven that is literally the heart of my business, and they took really good care of it and handled it very carefully. They wrapped it at made sure that it was handed with care. I have to give a special shoutout To Dylan and Tony who went above and beyond helping with whatever I needed! Even putting new feet on one of my tables! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for future moves.
