The Maurico Jr team was awesome. I love the customer service that they gave. They were very efficient. I wish I would have called this company on yesterday because the people i got through thumbtack I got was very late my time was 4-6 and they got there close to 9 pm and unprofessional. If I need to move again this is the company Im going to call them

One Star - Terrible Service First, I specifically asked for the movers to arrive at 9am because my apartment has strict freight elevator rules. Instead, they called me at 7:30am, saying they’d be at my place by 8am. This forced me to hunt down a maintenance worker and insist that the elevators be started early, as I didn’t want to be charged for the movers showing up outside the agreed time. When I tried explaining to the driver that arriving this early was a problem, he became frustrated, and the language barrier made the situation even harder, as English was not his primary language. Horrible customer service. Did not end up hiring them. Person on the phone giving me an estimate was completely rude. This was the first place I called. All other places after we’re easy to talk with and quickly gave me an estimate on my move.
