Everything from pricing to planning, the two pack days and one move day, everything has been an incredible experience. Every person I've interacted with has been patient, kind, and respectful. We have used VMA in the past and we liked them so much, we called again. They are really nice and make setting up the move really easy. They communicate really well and took really good care of all of our furniture. They wrapped everything to make sure it stayed safe while moving. They unloaded some of our things at an apartment and took some to storage. They packed our storage unit so well and got everything to fit perfectly! The guys were really nice, professional, and joyfully worked really hard. James did a great job leading his team! We will be using them again in the fall!
