  First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank the moving team that helped our family transition into our new home after returning from Japan. My husband and I truly appreciated their willingness to stay and assist with unpacking, if we desired. The main gentleman who helped us was kind, sincere, and made a real connection with our family, which we are grateful for. However, we unfortunately encountered a serious issue with the moving process.   There is so much good to say about this incredible team! Bay Area Movers did a fantastic job with my move. As a military member relocating from Virginia to Japan, I had high expectations, and they exceeded every one of them. They were attentive to both my wife’s and my needs and made the entire process seamless and stress-free.   We had a great experience with our movers, Antwawn Sr. and Kerry. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. They unloaded all of our household goods in just a few hours and placed everything exactly where we requested. Despite the challenge of moving into a second-floor unit with no elevator, they handled it all smoothly and with a great attitude. We truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them!

  The movers initially appeared professional on the first day. However, on the second day, they only sent two movers to my location, which resulted in a 13-hour process just to load my items onto their trucks. At one point, they even left some items behind and claimed they would return later, causing an unnecessary delay of an hour.   If I could give zero stars, I would. Bay Area Movers turned what should’ve been a simple one-day move into a three-day nightmare. They showed up late every single day and didn’t finish until 11 p.m. on the last night. When my items finally arrived, two TVs were broken and my glass table was cracked. They took several things apart but didn’t bother keeping the screws or parts organized, just tossed them into random bags and boxes. We spent hours guessing what went where.
