There were some things that I was not happy about with my move with Happy Movers. - the professionalism of a couple movers - the lack of care for walls, floors and personal property. - the effort to maintain a consistent pace given the size of move The owner was receptive to my feedback and with some coaching I think the issues could be addressed.

Happy Movers was absolutely fantastic in helping me clean out our storage unit. Jermel, Ted and Trey were kind, polite and so professional. I have a new knee and they lifted as much as possible for me. They took about half of my stuff to a thrift store and packed the other half in a new, smaller unit. I give them a 12/10 and can’t wait to call them again. I also love the company philosophy of helping others when possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Best movers in Richmond! I hired them to move out of my shared home and having everything put into storage so I only had a bedroom's worth of items and they were SO quick and efficiant! They arrived 10 minutes before their scheduled time and got straight to work and had all of my items in the truck in less than 10 minutes! By the time we were done moving everything into the storage unit it hadn't even been an hour! They were so kind and respectful and I couldn't have asked for better people to move my things!
