Their scheduler did a great job & made the estimation process smooth. The crew did excellent work, were friendly & worked well together as a team to do the work well. Shoutout to Demonte, Travis, Sam, Aiden, Conroy, Deandre & Malik - a great group of respectful & hardworking guys. They finished quicker than the estimated timeframe meaning I paid less than the estimated cost. I got a prompt refund since I paid the estimated cost with a cashiers check.

The team at On The Fly Movers are incredible. They assisted us on our Richmond move. They were professional, on-time, and were in communication with us from start to finish. I enjoyed working with Jessica, Demonte, Cole, and Lenore on phase one of three for my move. They were kind, professional, efficient, and thorough. I’m looking forward to the next two steps. Great moving experience! The crew (Chris D., Curtis and Bryan) Were pleasant, personable and very professional. They called to let me know that they were on their way. They arrived on time. They worked in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to help me with a difficult piece of furniture. I would also like to mention Jessica O'Bryan who is part of the office staff, and helped me to pull this whole thing together. She did an outstanding job. She was also very professional. She was kind and patient.

Aiden, Randy, and Michael were a fantastic team. They were professional, extremely friendly, and came prepared with everything they needed to safely wrap and transport all my furniture! As someone who has moved many times, this team went above and beyond to make sure I was settled in before leaving, making sure that everything was placed in my new home exactly where I wanted it. If you’re looking for a good moving team, look no further! We felt very comfortable… plus they really brought the energy today!
