I’ve been using this storage facility for the past two years, and overall, my experience has been very positive! I’ve never had any issues with pests, leaks, or damage, and everything has stayed in great condition. Access to the unit is super easy, it always feels safe when I’m on the property. Pricing has been fair for the value, and i’ve only had one rate increase, that was reasonable and clearly communicated in advance. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this facility to anyone in the suffolk area!

By far this is the worse storage facility, seek storage elsewhere. The manger is rude and I’ve complained several times and come to find out the district manager because they are friends is even worse . And idk why but iPhone can record conversations so talking crazy to this customer was not a good idea. This storage facility can be accessed even if you have no unit .they don’t care if you are a government employee who was furlough. And if it affects you paying the storage unit.. and them saying they help situation and then lie and say I made a promise is even worse customer service . This pl…
