I cannot say enough great things about Edward and Michael at Tetris Moving. When we experienced water damage in September 2025, they were incredibly quick to schedule our pack-out service, which made a stressful situation feel immediately more manageable. From the start, their team was professional, polite, and extremely organized. What truly sets them apart, though, is their integrity and customer care. Over the following months, I dealt with significant delays from both my insurance company and mortgage servicer, which resulted in their payment being tied up in restricted escrow. Despite t…

The guys from Tetris were on time and worked super fast! I've never had movers work so fast. They didn't take any breaks and got my 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment packed up in about 4 hours. It took them less than an hour to unload it all in my storage unit. And just like the name suggests, they stacked everything perfectly like Tetris blocks. I was afraid it wouldn't all fit in my 10x15 unit but it did! Very professional, friendly, and efficient movers. Would recommend to others and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Hired movers to help me unpack a truck after moving myself across the country. Workers were great with everything minus one vintage furniture piece I explicitly mentionedto be careful with and dropped it while going down the ramp off the truck and damaged it. The following week when I inquired about an insurance claim with the company. They were very responsive to what my options were and seemed to want to help right a wrong. But when the time came to pay up for the damages they ghosted me. It's been almost a month and I still haven't gotten a response from them. Prospective movers beware

This is to add pictures to my previous review. Inappropriately packaged glass got broken. Company took no responsibility and did the move without making sure the contract was signed. I never remember getting their email, but apparently there were some options for insurance. This probably never would have happened if the glass had been properly protected. The glass was very heavy and held together with tape.

Horrible experience with this moving company. It was referred by the mitigation company when I had a dirty back up flood in my house and the insurance wanted me and my sick, amputee husband out of our house fast. First of all they did not explain to me before starting moving our stuff out of my house that they use a “vault” system, which I did not even know it existed, which later in the middle of moving I found out by chance when I asked them about their location to access my stuff, that it means owners have no direct access to their own content but have to ask the company to bring to you wha…
