It’s hard to imagine this company earning five stars, let alone two. There was very poor communication about everything, including what they could and couldn’t do. For instance, they said they could pack my TV if I had the original box, but when I gave them the original box, they did not pack the TV in it. Thank God, they wrapped it up well. I haven't used this company, but i scheduled an appointment and hold. The woman Audrey was so sweet and pleasant, she asked for a 100 dollar deposit, due to the financial circumstances I mentioned money is a littke tight right now and won't be able to. I told her it is okay if she has to cancel my appointment and I can call back to reschedule with the funds. She went and made sure to bend over backwards and said she can still hold the spot for my appointment and I can submit funds on the day of my pay day. We hired all service moving to move a family member closer to their family, it was very emotional and difficult for them. All the guys were so wonderful. They were kind, funny and attentive to her needs. They were patient when the plan changed and moved everything with no damage. They definitely understood the assignment. If you need movers to help with a challenging synero these guys were top notch.

Our move turned out to be much bigger and more complex than expected, but the crew handled it all with incredible patience, strength, and determination. Two words: Ramos & Pierre. RAMOS & PIERRE! The movers we originally hired could not maneuver a large custom piece of wood furniture into our new office space.
