  Great company from the first phone call to the last goodbye. I first called them to inquire about the entire process and fees. They replied immediately answering all my questions. On the day of the move, three amazing young men showed up on time with a big truck. They moved everything from point A to point B with professionalism, smile and a very pleasant attitude. They are very hardworking people. They kept their energy and enthusiasm even when it started to rain.   Yurii, Alex and the team did such an impressive job with our move. They also included junk removal with our service which was handy to be all-inclusive with our moving needs. They were very careful with our furniture, everything was impeccably wrapped and protected and the move was extremely efficient. All along, both moved quickly and both had an amazing attitude throughout. My wife and I are still blown away at how incredible this move went. I would strongly recommend John Frank Moving Company for anyone's moving needs.

  They are strong, fast, and operate smoothly. All of my furniture is very heavy solid wood . they walk fast even with carry the furniture. I have 5 bed room furnitures. its a lot. they put some furniture on top others so they drive all in one trip. those are so heavy I don’t know how they put them on top but they did and very fast. also very smooth when they walked into the door and stairs. didn’t break anything.   I really enjoyed working with this crew and company! I appreciated that they start charging only when they begin working (so many other companies make you pay for travel from their office). The team was extremely responsive in organizing my move, and the movers arrived on time, focused, and efficient. We have a lot of stuff (like a lot) and they didn’t waste a single second. Dan and his colleague were helpful and professional.   My son highly recommended John Frank Moving Company to me after his move to a new house. When I contacted them to get details it was clear they were the perfect choice for a move from a house to a second story apartment six blocks away. Alex, Stan, and Mike were assigned to me and showed up promptly at our designated time and got to work. They were thorough, professional, and communicative.
