Felt taken advantage of - This was a one-bedroom apartment move about 4 miles away, and based on multiple prior moves with similar belongings, I reasonably expected the total cost to be around $700. Instead, the move took over 10 hours and ended up costing nearly double that amount, which felt excessive for the size and distance. The movers were friendly and easy to talk to, but the pace of work was noticeably slow. At one point, a mover mentioned to apartment staff that they “weren’t in a rush,” which was concerning given how long the move was taking. I also saw a box dropped in front of me…

Movers did damage to wall, assured me a report was filed. Two weeks later no follow up or response, poor communication. Also movers dragged items along the ground. They repeatedly asked what was to be moved and then took things that I explicitly said should stay. I would not choose this company again.

Highly recommend this company. The movers were very professional, on time and the driver who I forgot his name and in charge of his crew did an amazing job handling and taking care of my plant which is 7 feet tall and about 4 feet wide. Thank you for your professionalism and hard work.
