  This business was contracted by Costco to deliver some furniture and appliances to my house. They arrived early to deliver 9 pieces and install/assemble 6 of them, all in under an hour and a half. Absoutely unbeatable efficiency. This super strong crew handled the heavy pieces like toy furniture. They were really nice, and Eric gave a free concert as well. Always nice to have people who are happy doing what they do. We took their business card so we could use their private moving services in the future.

  Nick and Jesse got the job done despite being set up to fail by Costco. This super friendly and hard working team should have had access to a small pickup truck or similar to get the refrigerator they were delivering up my long, narrow, steep driveway. Instead they pulled it up the hill on a cart. Their dispatchers should have known about this requirement as I communicated it clearly at the time of purchase AND in the delivery confirmation just days before.   They were unloading concrete blocks for neighbor doing construction. For some reason decided to unload in front of my driveway right next to my car. The guy on the lift backs into and damages my parked car. I make a police report and show video evidence of the tracks for the lift close to my car. This company is denying responsibility because I don't have video of the actual impact? Why were your guys unloading in front of my property? So close to my car? Poor business practice!   I've recently had Costco deliver a couch to my apartment. The couch wouldn't fit not because my door was too small but because there was a turn before the door. The bad angle made it hard to bring in the couch through the door. When the movers saw that they said I have to accept the couch. I explained to them that they can't force me to accept the couch. That's when one of the guys removed my front fire door without authorization. After getting the couch in they damaged my door and installed in crooked.
