  I was very pleased with their flexibility though I was 2 hours later than expected. Renting for 24 hour was as cheap as renting for 8, so I got that updated for free as well. Could improve: The drive-in entrance had a pot hole and the exit scraped my convertible underneath because curb was too tall/not smooth. To anvoid the scraping I unfortunately had to use the entrance to enter AND exit. But regardless, I’d definitely rent again!!

  I had a more than excellent experience renting from this place! Miss Alaina was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and when I picked up the truck in person. She explained everything that I needed to know. Excellent customer service from beginning to the end. The return was so pleasant as well. Thank you. I will definitely rent from this location again. And I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

  Morning staff was AMAZING. Afternoon staff also AMAZING. You guys made helping out my sister with her move SO MUCH EASIER. No hiccups with anything throughout the day. Vehicle was super clean! Only thing was that I couldn’t find in the app any guidance on how much gas to buy to get the original level. Spent $50 on gas and that is probably by U-Hauls design. The model is charge people for not getting back to 5/8th a tank, give them no accessible guidance on getting back to exactly that level, don’t reimburse when they fill the tank. Staff and location were amazing though!

  I rate this establishment with 5 stars overall due to the exceptional customer service provided by the female representative who assisted my friend recently. Although we did not catch her name, the employee present during the day shift on 3/11/26 certainly merits a promotion for her courtesy and the comprehensive information she offered regarding rental options. She truly exceeded expectations. I urge you to hire more individuals like her!

  Our experience at the U-Haul Kapolei, Hawaii was awesome! Iwa, the owner at that location was more then helpful and so much Aloha! She really understood what we needed and explained everything to us especially we as senior citizens don't know how to use the internet or the texting phone thingy! The world need more sweet people like Iwa!! Five stars to Iwa,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩 Mahalo Nui Loa (Thank you very much) Darrell and Lehua🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
