First time and best experience from quote to pick up. I packed the large container from top to bottom and back to front with furniture, and clothing. I also needed it for storage for a few months. I preferred to have the items close, so I could remove items at my own pace. I hope I don’t move any time soon but if I had to move, I would use Pack Rat again. Throughout the time I used Pack Rat, I still looked at other containers and even with the competitor’s specials, I still got a better deal.

Whole experience was great! From the first call to delivery. Customer service was upfront about costs. Driver was friendly and worked hard as it was a busy street. Top Notch!!

St. tammy area placed my order on Thursday and was initially told there would be a $50 fee for next-day delivery. To avoid the additional charge, I agreed to Saturday delivery, which was supposed to arrive in the morning. I waited the entire morning with no communication or delivery update. After calling customer service around 12:05 PM, I was told the delivery window had somehow changed to “anytime,” which is completely inaccurate, and I have screenshots of my order confirmation showing otherwise. It might be cheaper to sell everything you own and buy all new furnishings than to use this ridiculously priced company. They dangle 50% off then refuse to apply the discount when the system requires you to call them instead of giving the instant quote you requested. They wanted over $3k to transport the tiny contents of a studio apartment 500 miles away and said it would take them at least 7 days to do it. Ridiculous company. Bait & switch. Overpriced.
