I have never moved across the country with a moving company. We found Maloney through a colleague's recommendation and they have lived up to their stellar reputation. Special shout out to Joe Diamond, who was our point person and guide through this entire process. He was attentive, reassuring, immensely helpful; overall, an exceptional person to work with. He was integral to our transition to a new city and I don't know what I would have done without him. Moving team on both ends were wonderful as well. I give Maloney the highest of praise!

I had a fantastic experience with this moving company! The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. Joe was especially wonderful—super helpful and easy to work with. The entire process went smoothly, even with a small mix-up on my end. I’m so grateful for their hard work and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!

I shipped a variety of furniture and boxes to my son in Lubbock from New Orleans. Joe Diamond was the Maloney agent that handled my shipment. He was very responsive, gave me a good price and handled all of the details over the phone and by text. He kept me informed of the status from beginning to end. The pick up of the furniture was right as scheduled and was professionally handled by four very nice guys. The shipment arrived at the destination within the original estimate and the driver contacted me 24 hours out and then again 3 hours out so I could prepare my son to receive the shipmen…

Moving is never fun but Joe Diamond from Maloney was extremely helpful in the process. We moved from Louisiana out of state and Joe spent the time and effort to give me an accurate quote so there were no surprises when my shipment showed up. Communications were prompt and regular through the whole process and overall he provided great customer service. Would use them again in my next move and recommend for anyone moving in Louisiana.
