I had an excellent experience with U-Haul. The staff provided outstanding customer service and demonstrated great professionalism and positive attitudes throughout the entire process. The service was efficient, quick, and handled with care, making everything smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated their unique approach and attention to detail. I especially want to recognize the young lady who assisted me. Although I don’t remember her name, she was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. Thoroughly disappointed. My daughter was misquoted a price for her 10 foot rental vehicle. She scheduled the vehicle for 24 hours. We received it with 1/2 tank of gas. Returned it clean with almost a full tank and 14 hours of use. We rented a larger vehicle in Biloxi for less. I am disappointed because her small family of 5 is on a tight budget, and they needed this vehicle to move their things. Her husband was at work, and she had to take care of this for them. I'm just trying to understand how the 10-foot rental cost us more than the 26-foot last time?.

Very great staff!! Very informative, helpful, and honest team. Left my expensive battery pack in the truck and they called immediately, which they didnt have to do, but appreciated so much!! Saved money by using homeowners which no one has ever offered. 10/10

The worst service I have ever experienced….i made a reservation at 1ish in the morning for a van. I got a call this morning stating I was late for pick up, I said how could that be when my reservation was for 9:30am. The CSR rep said this wasn’t true (I have a screen shot of my reservation that I attached to show I indeed was scheduled for 9:30am). I get to the location and a big bald guy didn’t even greet himself just flat out said you have a BP truck you can’t rent it 24 hrs you need to go inside and speak to someone at the front. By this time I was already full on ready for pick up and the…

The manager made a joke/heartless post about Charlie Kirk's death, which is highly insensitive and inappropriate. No wonder she has so many bad reviews of her attitude. I am glad people on social media have come to notice. No place for this ugliness in society.
