  My experience with this moving company was awful. When the team did come up, they appeared unorganized and were hours late. During the transport, my possessions were treated brutally, and some of them sustained damage. The firm was unresponsive and did not apologize when I attempted to contact them for a resolution. Anyone who values their time and belongings should not use this service, in my opinion.

  American Twin Movers were professional from the start. After getting a few other estimates from highly known moving companies, Noam, with American Twin Movers, provided a VERY affordable estimate for the rooms of items needed to be packed and stored and that amount never changed. We were able to easily change our pick up/packing date several times due to circumstances beyond our control and American Twin Movers were able to accommodate every time.   James, my sales rep/coordinator was wonderful to deal with. He is very professional, easy to deal with, and accommodating. At the last minute, I had to have my move in delayed a day later than my move out. The had their crew work from 3pm to 7:30pm to fit us into the schedule. John and his two other crew members were very fast, efficient, careful, and professional. They took apart beds and reassembled them, wrapped up furniture quickly and completely, did not scrape walls, did not break anything.   My husband and I were given an estimate with an itemized inventory. Joseph assured us that we would pay less based on reduced number of hours and items removed from the inventory list. My husband and I made several trips with boxes reducing the number from 50 to 23 boxes and took other items ourselves to reduce the inventory list. Also, the movers took 6 hours instead of 8 hours to move us. When it was time to pay the final bill, there was no reduction.   This is the 2nd time I've used these movers and will use them again if I need to. Scheduled to arrive 8-9 am, arrived at 8:30am. Had my entire 2 bedroom apartment loaded on the truck by 10:30am. Drove to new house and had everything unloaded, setup, and furniture placed where I wanted it by 12:45pm. Not a single scratch or dent on anything. Laid down moving blankets to protect the floors and even changed their shoes to ensure carpeted stairs stayed clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing to move.
