  They make it very easy to make a reservation and even pick up or return after hours. Makes it so easy. They also always have availability and easy to use website to make a reservation. I returned my van early so returned it to an employee and she was very professional and worked quickly to get my invoice processed.

  We use all the major rental truck companies, U-Haul meets and often exceeds expectations for our moving needs. This mve required a last minute return extension, the app made that easy and we even got a rep to confirm it. The truck itself was great and at return the rep at curbside made the process as simple and quick as can be. Very happy with our experience, will go to this location again!

  Ray was very helpful. My reservation was accurate. I drove less than anticipated with my truck rental so my charge was less than expected based on miles actually driven. And I returned the truck a day early so was charged only for the days used. The staff was friendly and the charges were accuate. What else can you ask for? They had a very good inventory on the lot so I will plan to use this place for future truck or can rentals.

  I had a great experience with this location. The employees were kind and considerate. They were very helpful. However, my experience with Uhaul reservations, customer service calls, and other pick-up locations was the worst I think I have ever had. First, my reservation location was changed without contacting me directly (emails were not clear). I arrived at 7 am at my desired location to pickup the truck. Once I got there and looked for the instructions to get the keys, I found out the reservation was moved at least 25 miles away (in the opposite direction of my move location). Second, when I…
