  If I could give less than a star, I will because when people say one thing and do another thing, that's cowardice. I made a booking with these people and Chester told me that the packing, unpacking, assembly and dissemble of my bed was included in my estimate. They told me that materials for my tv and mattress bag was $65 but he spoke to his supervisor and they'll let me use the TV box for free but they'll take it back after the move. The box was supposed to be $50 and the mattres bag was $15. Tell me why, these people charged me more than a $100 extra for the same packing, unpacking, assemble…
