We had a great experience with this company. We needed to move what we thought was going to take up 20 feet of space in a trailer. Of course, we looked at all companies, including U-Haul and making the trip from Kentucky to Arizona ourselves, pods, movers, and everything in between. At the end of the day, this solution was most convenient and honestly cheapest. Everyone we talked to over the phone all the way up to the individual drivers were friendly and informative. We had a great experience with Estes SureMove and used their trailers to move our household (4 bedroom house and a full garage of stuff) from CA to CT. We got quotes from several other freight/moving companies (ABF, ODFL, U-Haul, Pack Rat, etc) and estimated we’d need 56ft of trailer space (2 full trailers). Estes had by far the best pricing, they were very communicative throughout our whole move, and the price they quoted was exactly what we paid. Did a cross country move with Eates Sure move. Did a terminal load and unload. Their price was 1/3 of ABF. So certainly look at Estes if you are in a budget crunch. The terminal is not the cleanest and all my boxes were covered with fine dust. In the end I am still glad I chose them. Had no furniture or mattress shipped. Added pictures at loading and unloading. Do use heavy duty boxes from Home Depot. I had a few regular boxes that crumbled. Customer is responsible for loading and unloading. The truck was delivered and picked up on time. The driver was very courteous and friendly. After the move the truck was again delivered and picked up on time. I would definitely use Estes Suremove again and I highly recommend using them.
